*Labour Charges: Venue without lift access - Additional surcharge starting from $20.

*Payment:
50% deposit required upon confirmation.
Remaining 50% payment to be settled on function day.

*Cancellation Charges:
Upon confirmation, a minimum of 5 working days is required for any changes of menu items.
In event of cancellation, charges will be imposed as follow:
5 days prior to event - 20%
4 days prior to event - 30%
3 days prior to event - 40%
2 days prior to event - 50%
1 day or less prior to event - 100%
